This policy explains which personal data Cashplannr collects when you use the website or the platform, what we use it for, and what rights you have. It is written for anyone using the platform on behalf of a business, not as consumer terms.
Cashplannr BV, Zeitje 5, B-9681 Nukerke, Belgium, VAT BE 0741.779.289, is the data controller for the data you share with us through cashplannr.com and the Cashplannr platform. Questions about this policy: [email protected].
Cashplannr uses AI to categorize transactions, reconcile figures, build forecasts, and answer your questions about your own data. That AI runs on AWS Bedrock, hosted in the EU.
We apply data minimization: only the data needed for the specific task goes to the model.
We do not train AI models on your customer data. Your data stays yours.
Every AI suggestion, whether a forecast, a categorization or a scenario adjustment, is a proposal. You decide whether to accept it.
If you connect a bank account, this happens through PSD2-regulated access, operated by Ponto. Cashplannr only gets read access to transactions and balances, never access to execute payments. You can revoke a connection at any time, in the platform or via your bank.
We host in the EU, in Frankfurt. Data does not leave the EU, except where a subprocessor requires it and has a valid transfer basis, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
We work with a limited number of specialized parties to deliver the platform: hosting providers, email providers for transactional and marketing communication, and analytics providers to understand product usage. Every subprocessor is contractually bound to at least the same level of protection as this policy. An up-to-date list with the name and location of each subprocessor is available on request via [email protected].
We keep data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed for legal obligations, such as accounting retention periods, or to settle a dispute. After your account closes, you can ask us to delete your data, except what we're legally required to keep.
We never sell your data. We only share it with subprocessors that help deliver the platform, and with third parties when the law requires it.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights via [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and monitoring of our platform. No system is fully airtight. If an incident affects your data, we inform you as required by law.
The cookie banner on cashplannr.com shows which cookies we use and lets you adjust your preferences. Necessary cookies are always on; analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent.
We may update this policy as the platform or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the last update. For material changes, we notify active customers.
