Your plan follows from what you want to plan, your price from how big your structure is. Unlimited users from Control onwards, and your financial adviser works with you for free. No charge per user and none per bank account. All prices exclude VAT.

What determines your plan

One question determines your plan.

It's not your revenue or your headcount that determines your plan, but what you want to plan. The number of companies then determines where you land within that plan.

Got more than one company? Then you're on Control at minimum. More than three, and it becomes Holding. From seven onwards, we look at it together. Within your plan the price follows your structure: the more companies you track, the higher you sit in the range. You get that figure in the call, before you decide.

What it replaces

Where you pay for this today.

Control from €3.588 / year
External controller, 0.25 FTE €20.000–25.000 / year
External CFO or financial adviser €900–1.200 per day
The Excel model nobody else understands priceless at the worst possible moment

Control starts at €3.588 per year. That's three to four days of external CFO.

Bars on the same annual scale. Amounts exclude VAT. The one-off onboarding dossier is not included.

Worked examples

What it actually costs.

Three customers as they come to us. The onboarding dossier comes first, the subscription starts after. The amounts below are entry prices, excluding VAT.

Construction company · €12M revenue · 3 companies · owner + controller

Onboarding dossier, 3 weeks on request
Control from €299 / month
Subscription per year from €3.588

Three companies fit inside Control, so no need to move up to Holding. With three you do sit at the top of the range: the exact price follows from your structure and you get it in the call.

Group · €28M revenue · 5 companies · finance team of 3

Onboarding dossier, 4 weeks on request
Holding from €499 / month
Subscription per year from €5.988

Five companies, budget per cost centre and two budget rounds per year that need to run side by side. That's Holding, and with five you sit mid-range.

Machine builder · €50M revenue · 1 company · budget per department

Onboarding dossier, 4 weeks on request
Holding from €499 / month
Subscription per year from €5.988

One company, but a budget that runs per department, versions that need to be compared and a reporting pack for the board. The plan follows what you plan, not how many legal entities you have. With one company you do sit at the bottom of the Holding range.

The onboarding dossier

We set it up together. In three to four weeks.

Connecting takes one afternoon. Your bank via Ponto, your accounting via the connector. Your first cash curve is there the same day.

Then the real work starts, and we do it together.

1
week 1
Entity structure, chart of accounts, categories
Your figures sit correctly in the system
2
week 2
Your existing Excel model is read in and converted
Your forecast runs, with your own logic
3
week 3
Budget structure, reporting pack, alerts configured
Your first monthly report comes out of Cashplannr
4
week 4 (Holding)
Dimensions, budget versions, custom reporting
Your budget round is ready

The onboarding dossier is a one-off cost. What it comes to depends on your structure and your plan, so we don't put a figure on it here. You get it in the call, together with your subscription price, before you decide.

At the end, you decide whether to continue. The subscription only starts after that.

And after that?

Want someone who checks in monthly, guides the budget round or helps build the bank dossier? That's possible, in partnership with a number of firms we work with. This happens by arrangement and is separate from your subscription.

Prefer not to start alone?

A guided start of two sessions, in which we set up your connections and categories together. One-off cost, far lighter than the full onboarding dossier.

Every customer gets a partner role for their financial adviser, whether that's an accountant, an accounting firm or an external CFO. That role isn't a viewing window, they work with you.

  • Build scenarios and propose budget versions
  • Manage multiple clients from one environment
  • Work in the same figures, without sending files back and forth

Why does it say 'from' on Control and Holding?
+

Because two things decide your invoice. Your plan decides what you can plan: cash only, or budget, dimensions and reporting as well. Your structure decides how heavy that is: how many companies you actually track. Within a plan the price therefore moves with your structure, and the entry figure is what you pay at the bottom of that range. You get your exact price in the call, before you decide, and it holds as long as your structure doesn't change.

What's the difference between Holding and Enterprise?
+

Holding is the plan for groups that plan for themselves: up to six companies, budget per cost centre or project, budget versions side by side, BI export and API access. Enterprise starts where that stops. There's no counter on your companies any more and multi-layer group structures are supported. Reporting we build on your structure instead of handing you an export to work through yourself, the integrations you need we build, private deployment is on the table, and you get an SLA with a dedicated implementation partner. In short: Holding gives you more room, Enterprise takes work off your hands.

What counts as a company?
+

Every legal entity you track separately, like a BV, NV, CommV or partnership. The director's management company, we usually don't count, it typically doesn't need its own planning. If you form a VAT unit across multiple companies, they still count separately for your plan, but VAT planning runs at the level of the unit.

Why don't you charge per user?
+

Because your financial adviser belongs in it. Your accountant, external CFO or accounting firm gets a partner role and works in the same environment, not just looking on, but actually working with you. Charging someone for that would undercut the whole point. From Control onwards, users are unlimited.

Do you bring together the numbers across all my companies?
+

Yes. We bring your cash positions and your forecast together across all your companies: consolidated cash tracking, not a statutory balance sheet. Transactions between those companies, we filter out of that view, you see what the group actually takes in and pays out. What you don't get with us is a statutory financial statement with shareholdings and minority interests. For that you stay with your accounting software or your accountant, who simply works with you in Cashplannr via the partner role.

Can we start with one company?
+

Yes. Many customers start with the company where it hurts and expand later. The onboarding dossier then covers that one structure, and you sit at the bottom of your plan's range. Another company joins later? The price follows, and we talk it through before that happens.

What's in the onboarding dossier, and can it be dropped?
+

It's described above, week by week. It can't be dropped. Accounts without a guided setup stall in practice, and that helps no one. For those starting on Cash there's a lighter, guided version of two sessions.

Monthly or yearly?
+

Both are possible. With annual payment there's room for a discount; we discuss that in the call.

Is there a limit on AI usage?
+

We apply a fair-use limit well above normal usage. Anyone structurally exceeding it, we talk to.

What happens to our data?
+

Everything stays in the EU. The AI runs on AWS Bedrock in Europe, and what goes to the model is minimized and stripped of personal data. The details are on our security page.

Your price follows your structure. Your adviser works with you for free.

We go through your structure, your current model and where it hurts. You'll then know which plan fits, what you pay and what the onboarding dossier involves. No sales pitch, just a calculation exercise.
